Description

The floor plan is a practical one with the lounge room segregated at the front of the house along with the generous master suite with ensuite and WIR. Planning a Family Home

Ever since meeting Rad from day one he has been absolutely fantastic to deal with! Very approachable, very professional, very friendly and just generally makes you feel comfortable to discuss anything regarding the house. Very fast response times with emails, texting and phone calls and was able to answer all of my questions to which I asked a lot! He is very accommodating and made us feel comfortable and confident to choose Ideal Building Solutions to build our family home. We also really liked how he gave us his opinions on certain aspects of the house which didn't feel biased but rather honest, which in turn actually helped us make some better decisions in the end. First Home

My fiancé Michelle and I have decided to build our first home and after walking through many a display home over a number of weeks decided to look at Ideal Building Solutions display at Ginninderry. Rad Trpkovski the Sales Consultant greeted us on arrival gave us some information about the display home and invited us through for an inspection. Because we liked what we saw we spoke to Rad at length about the possibility of location/designs/pricing and timing. Even though we were only in the ”just looking phase” of building a home Rad made every effort to meet and answer our thousands of questions! He was very honest and informative about the homes that he was selling at Ideal. I truly believe that the amount of information Rad was able to provide us helped Michelle and I make a decision to Build our home with Ideal Building Solutions. Once we agreed to have Ideal build our home, Rad stepped up again. Our Bank was delaying finance and Rad was more than accommodating in sorting out and working at our pace with exchange of contracts. I would recommend Rad to anyone who would like to talk with a professional about Building a new home.

Experienced and Competent

We just thought of providing a testimony on our experience with Ideal Building Solutions (IBS) for our new build in Strathnairn suburb of the Ginninderry Estate. At the outset, we would say that each member of the IBS team whom we had interaction thus far is experienced and competent in their respective areas. The whole team seemed to be considerate and courteous since our first interaction with them and endeavored well in understanding the needs of our new build; thus, rendering superior experience throughout. We say with delight that Rad is an honest person; hard to find in the sales fraternity swamped with fishy ppl. We believe our initial engagements with Rad aided in our decision to go with the IBS. His transparent advice on the build process, patience in listening and understanding our needs, and timely liaison with people to accommodate our plan modification requests are some instances we thought of calling out in the testimony. Michele had been kind in organising the approvals from ACTPLA, by lodging the approval application in the IBS’s name, which otherwise had caused long delays in the construction commencement. Jarrod has always been quick in organising the site walk-thrus, as and when requested, and provided fair advice on many aspects relating to our future-plans on the build. He is the politest person we’ve encountered in the construction industry. Hannah’s advice on the construction progress and other invoice related matters cannot unnoticed. She has been exceptional in managing the client side of things with satisfaction. Thank you, the whole IBS team, for your best efforts in building our home. We would not hesitate to recommend your name to our acquaintances.

Planning Abroad

We are currently building a home in Ginninderry with Ideal Building Services. This has been a long planning process, mostly conducted online from Adelaide in this Covid time. Our first contact was made with Rad Trpowski at the IBS display home in Strathnairn. We were impressed by the home, and by Rad’s genuinely welcoming manner and his willingness to answer our questions clearly and knowledgeably, spending quite some time also in discussion about exactly what we were seeking in a new build. We returned a couple of days later after checking out many other homes, and spent most of an afternoon with Rad. We liked the fact that he listened carefully, and suggested tweaks on existing designs which could work for us. He was mindful of all our circumstances in the suggestions he made, and drafted possible plans which he later mailed to us after we returned interstate. His communication skills were excellent, and timely. We could rely on him to do what he said, and at the promised time. In essence the whole process so far has been exemplary in terms of courteous, efficient and prompt communication, meticulous attention to detail, and open and honest dialogue with both Rad and the Ideal Building Services team. We feel that we are in the hands of a skilled professional team for whom personalised service and integrity are of a high order. We look forward to the completion of our build.
